Washing the garments can put stress on the fabric and seams. Wash DCStore garments separately from other clothes/accessories to prevent friction - especially items with velcro, webbing, or anything with a rough/abrasive character. Before washing, turn the garments inside out (seams on the outside). Machine wash, ideally in a wash bag, on a delicate cycle in lukewarm water (max. 30° C/86° F ) and with a mild liquid detergent. Do not use woolite, bleach, softeners, or any kind of laundry additive. Dry the garments flat or hanging, but do not tumble dry.

RETURN POLICY

You may return products purchased from www.DCstore.in , without any penalty within (7) working days from receiving the purchased products. You may exchange the purchased product with a different one or with a different size.
Mail us the details through your registered email to: DCstore.in@gmail.com. If you purchased with a reseller, you will need to go the place of purchase for the return or exchange
After you submit your return/exchange request, you will receive an email confirming your request. The email will indicate a return number that must be attached to the goods you return. Any branded shipping company (Like DTDC,Bluedart,Professional,Anjani,Maruti and Tirupati Courier) has to be used to return the goods(Pre-paid by Customer). If you decide to return products using a different shipping company then full responsibility of product reaching our warehouse is on you, DCstore will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the products.
Due to the deep discounts given, items purchased from the factory outlet section/discount purchases on the site cannot be returned or exchanged.
The products must be returned unused and complete in their original packaging.
Policy does not apply to semi-custom or full custom merchandise due to the specialized nature of the products. We propose that you try a sample before placing any custom design orders.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In case of defective goods, the customer is requested to attach an image of the production defect and the relevant description to the return request to demonstrate the imperfection.
If the return request has been accepted, DCstore will let you know if you will receive new products or the refund.

REFUND POLICY

Your refund will be processed after approval. Once your refund has been approved, your money will be credited back to your account on www.DCstore.in, in the form of store credit, ready for you to make another amazing purchase with us!
In case if we are out of stock for the product you asked, we will refund the complete amount in the same account from which the first purchase was made.
